Our organization
Groupe SOS enjoys a comprehensive management structure. It is organized into three divisions : social and health services, educational programs, and social interest businesses.
These divisions are backed by two support organizations: real-estate cooperative Alterna and economic-interest grouping (EIG) Alliance Gestion.
The EIG provides professional management skills to social businesses, allowing them to concentrate on their main activities. It includes Human Resources, Accounting, Communication, Fundraising, Law, Finance, Marketing, Purchases, etc
