FOCUS ON
The drop-in centre (PEPA) in Montpellier, southern France
The center aims to assist young adults (ages 15-30) facing daily difficulties with their relatives and social relationships as a whole, whether or not due to substance abuse. At the heart of Montpellier’s underprivileged neighbourhoods, the drop-in centre provides reading and practical resources to combat the effects of substance abuse (e.g. booklets and condoms). The team aims to support distraught parents and works with teenagers and young adults in a social environment, in order to cross knowledge on both substance abuse and adolescence.
