employmentOrganisations participating in these programmes allow persons in difficulty to obtain  hands-on professional experience  which involves notions such as rosters to be adhered to, rules to be respected, team-work, transmission of information and communication.

At GROUPE SOS our undertakings promote long-term integration by offering training in fields with job and training prospects, such as catering, sales, logistics…

People in charge of reintegration follow candidates on both professional (training, evaluations…) and personal levels (help in finding lodgings, in administrative matters, health care...) in order to give them the best possible chances of finding  permanent employment.

The shares in these organisations are owned wholly by the associations who originally founded GROUPE SOS and who resolved to reinvest all profits into the development of new job-creating projects.

High value-added jobs

Whilst 75% of reintegration undertakings in France are concentrated within 5 main sectors of activity (the building industry, temporary work, the services sector, environment and public gardens, waste and recycling…) employees on integration programmes at GROUPE SOS can also train in PAO and webmaster skills, or as sales assistants. In spite of coming from difficult backgrounds, they realize that they, too, can aim high.
